V-A-S 2010 Photo Competition
I would as Chairman, personally thank all the members that entered their photographs in the above competition and for the excellent quality of each and every one.
Our Hon. President, Group Captain Bruce Hedley and the judges at RAF Valley were very impressed with the excellent quality of all entry's. The names of the winners in each category appear on our website.
19 (F) Squadron have very kindly donated a trophy for the best photograph, adjudged by them each year. The trophy will be known as the "DOLPHIN TROPHY". The 2009 winner of this Trophy was Mr Meirion Williams (MOUNTAINMAN) for his entry in the competition. The 2010 winner is Mr Simon Whittaker with a great shot of a Tornado GR.4 passing through the Welsh low level area.
Ladies and gentlemen please take your cameras with you when you go out and about and you could become the 3nd winner of the "DOLPHIN TROPHY".
