Welcome to V-A-S the premier North Wales aviation society website. Valley Aviation Society was formed in 1993 by a group of
friends living around North Wales and within easy reach of RAF Valley, Anglesey.
The Valley Aviation Society is a non profit making organization, run by a small group of dedicated volunteers. Through charitable events and generous donations we receive throughout the year we are able to help local charities. So far the Valley Aviation Society has donated over £90,000 to these good causes.
The society holds a number of events
throughout the year, including visits to RAF Valley and many other RAF base stations. We also attend Airshows both in the UK
and Europe by air/luxury coaches.
Furthermore, we meet on the last Tuesday of each
month at Carreg-Bran Hotel on Anglesey, whereby guest speakers range from serving aircrew at RAF Valley to local aviation
historians. we are always looking for new members, so if you would like to join our society, please download and print the membership form below.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP £7.00 per person

By kind permission of the Station Commander, Group Captain Adrian Hill, members of the Valley Aviation Society are invited to attend an 'Enthusiasts Day' at Royal Air Force Valley on Wednesday 3rd July 2013.
This invitation has been extended to allow members the unique opportunity to view operations closely as this busy station goes about its normal working day. RAF Valley and Valley Aviation Society are hopeful that it will also have some visiting aircraft and together are making contact with other UK and NATO bases to ask if RAF Valley could be considered in the daily deployment for aircraft on the 3rd July
This event is open to members and associates of Valley Aviation Society ONLY and you must reserve your place(s) before the closing date of Wednesday 19th June 2013.You will not be able to register after this date, as all applicants will need to be screened well in advance. 2013.

PRESS RELEASE – ANGLESEY BECOMES 40TH COUNTY TO SIGN ARMED FORCES COMMUNITY COVENANT
Yesterday RAF Valley and Anglesey became the 40th County to formally sign the Armed Forces Community Covenant (AFCC).
The North Wales airbase welcomed a huge cast of civic dignitaries, community leaders, veterans and service personnel to celebrate the event.
