 Post subject: A5 Pass 4th Sept

Took a gamble on catching the Reds transiting through the A5 pass on Friday, it wasn't to be as it transpired that there was a TDA in place for a SAR operation which sadly had a tragic ending. Brings it home how dangerous these hills and mountains can be sometimes - and also how professional the SAR aircrews are, this S92 was operating just below the cloudbase for much of the time.

The new helicopter certainly takes a good picture. Very nice shots.
