Hi All,

Decided to venture up the A5 again, and was sited above Sharks Fin on the side of Tryfan (Mike Cleary's Rock) - a productive day in the end, just a shame no front liners were in the area.

1.

C-130J ZH875 'Ascot 207' down very low in the Valley, shot at 1/80

Image

2.

I had 5 Hawk T1 passes, so will only post the one, here XX161 flies as Obi 2 for 208 Squadron

Image

3.

The T2's were also through, Reptile 1 ZK019/J of IV Squadron

Image

4.

ZK037/AB of IV Sqn finished a brilliant day off

Image

A total of 9 movements, cant be sniffed at. There was a Puma operating towards Bethesda but never came up, and a Royal Navy Seaking seen flying south down the Conwy Valley.

Log

1122 Ascot 207 - Hercules - ZH875
1145 Obi flight 2 x hawk T1, both 208 marks XX250 XX204
1158 Mustang Flight, 2 x T1, XX161 no marks XX256

Some fancy panning there great results, as said the Herc is fab with the full discs showing.
Also like to say great tribute to Mike with the reference Mike Cleary's Rock :clapping

Thanks Guys - I'm very happy with the Herc - if he'd come through in the afternoon the light would have been better. But I'm happy with full discs.

Meirion - Mikes Rock is the best - full view of whole valley - identical to Bwlch top shelf

Cheers all
